We are unable to do deliveries outside of the MK postcode at present. The delivery charge option has been taken off the website for the time being but you can still order and we will still deliver in and around Milton Keynes. If you wish to have an item delivered just order as normal and in the comments box write that you wish to have the item delivered. When the order is recieved we will contact you to confirm that delivery has been noted and the delivery charge can be paid either on delivery or before hand over the telephone.
The delivery charge for Milton Keynes and surrounding area (ie Olney, Newport Pagnell etc) is £15, Bedford and Northampton is £20. If you have any questions about delivery please feel free to contact us at any time and we will try our very best to make it as easy as possible. We really do apologise for any inconvenience caused and can assure you we are working really hard to get this problem resolved as quickly as possible.
All delivery dates quoted at time of order are estimates. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that we honour estimated delivery dates, they do not form a fixed term of the contract. We aim to deliver within 30 days but if this differs for any reason we will inform you as soon as we are made aware.

Our delivery company will book a three hour delivery window with you to ensure inconvenience is kept to a minimum, even a call 30 minutes prior to delivery is optional. On delivery our drivers will deliver to a ground floor location and you will be given the opportunity to check your furniture before signing for the delivery to say that everything is to your satisfaction.
If there is a problem with any aspect of your furniture or delivery then please contact us immediately and we will try and resolve the matter as quickly as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Goods damaged in transit?
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods for damage BEFORE signing for receipt of the goods. If you are not happy with the condition of the goods being delivered then you should inform the driver and make sure a note is made on the delivery docket to say that you are unhappy with the goods. You can reject the delivery if you wish or you can contact us and we will sort it out from our end. Once you have provided written acceptance for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier. If you have any worries then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Goods faulty on arrival?
We do everything possible to ensure that our furniture is sent out in perfect condition and we employ extensive quality checks. However, we are all human and in the unlikely event that your goods do arrive faulty please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange for the goods to be repaired in your home if possible, alternatively we will arrange to have them returned to the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged (we are unable to pay for returns which we have not authorised).
