What if part of my delivery is damaged or missing ?

This happens infrequently, but sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect. If this occurs you must inform us within 48 hours. You can go to the Contact Us page for ways to get in touch. We will arrange for the goods to be repaired in your home if possible, alternatively we will arrange to have them returned to the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged (we are unable to pay for returns which we have not authorised).

What warranty do you offer ?

All of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. These vary in length but are for a minimum of one year. Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location. Further details on manufacturer’s warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture.  If you do have any questions or are unsure of any aspect of the warrenty then please do Contact us and we can answer any questions you may have. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Can you send me a brochure ?

In an effort to keep our costs (and therefore our prices) as low as possible, we don't print paper catalogues. Instead, we have an extensive selection of furniture on display here on our Website. Visit our Online Showroom and view our online catalogue which is added to daily. If you have any questions, we are happy to help (please use the Contact us button).

What if I have a complaint?

We are determined to provide the easiest and best way to buy furniture online, and we are not satisfied unless all our customers are delighted with their purchase and their experience of shopping at Insideout MK Ltd. In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy your experience of shopping with us, please contact us. We will acknowledge your complaint and will do our very best to resolve it speedily as possible. Where a complaint can not be resolved straight away, you will receive updates when available on its progress.

How long will I have to wait for delivery ?

Delivery times vary according to the product and the manufacturer. Approximate times are given in each product description but these may vary depending on how busy the manufacturer is when you place your order. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Generally, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time.

Will my furniture need assembling?

Some of our furniture is flat pack and will need assembling by you.  We try to make it very clear if an item needs to assembled.  Obviously if you are still unsure then please contact us and we will be happy to help.
