Your right to change your mind if buying online

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000;
allows you the consumer, a 7 working day cooling off period. If you wish to return the goods you have purchased from us we will gladly refund your money within 30 days of receiving your written notice of return. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
If you cancel an order, written notice must be given to InsideOut MK Ltd within seven working days from the day after the goods are received by you. You must then ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received, which must be returned to InsideoutMK in its original or resaleable condition/packaging.

Refunds will not include the cost of shipping and returns back to InsideOutMK. This will be the responsibility of the customer. Replacement products, which need to be sent from us, will require the payment of postage and packing prior to the item being sent.

Things to be aware of before ordering.

Please make sure that the item/s you are ordering fit into the room provided. We cannot be held responsible if the item/s do not fit, and a refund will not be given. If on delivery the item/s do not fit then the item will be left in a convenient place for you. Our drivers can not remove doors or windows if this is needed.

Our delivery drivers do not assemble flat pack furniture. If you are unsure whether your furniture requires assembly then please ask. Delivery information is available on request.

Our delivery drivers cannot be held responsible for any damages caused whilst assisting you with your furniture. If the item has been damaged in transit please let us know straight away. Shortages or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours. If you have any questions concerning these terms please contact us immediately.

Once beds, mattresses and divans are unwrapped, they are excluded from our returns policy for health and hygiene reasons, unless the item is found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
With all made to measure furniture i.e. Futons, mattresses/divans and pine no refunds or exchanges can be made unless your instructions have not been carried out, or the item is found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Regrettably, self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to be faulty. Before assembling any items make sure you check them over thoroughly and inform us, before assembling, of any damages or missing items as this makes it easier for us to replace the parts. If the item is damaged then please put it back in its original packaging and keep it safe until we can arrange an exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please go to the contact us section and inform us within 7 days to arrange a return.

Any dates given at time of order are estimates and do not form part of your contract. We aim to honor all deliveries but sometimes due to matters out of our control we are unable to get the furniture as quickly as we had anticipated. We will inform you of any delays and keep you updated at all times.
